I don't know much about music, but I know what I like and I loved your playing at the wedding and during the reception. I am happy to provide the following endorsement.
After hearing John Kool (and the Leo Lonnie Orchestra) play at the former Bluff's Run casino in Council Bluffs, IA (now Horseshoe casino) I requested that John (and the orchestra) be part of my wedding and reception.
John Kool was easy to work with: one telephone call to confirm the date, time, costs, music, expectations and he was able to truly consult with me on the music selections.
John played the trumpet at my wedding - Henry Purcell's Trumpet Tune as the last part of the processional. It was a very unique and classy way to enter the church and made me feel like a princess. At the last minute, he was drafted to sing the service music Alleluia and Responsorial Psalms as well.
In addition, John and the Leo Lonnie Orchestra played live at my wedding reception - a selection of big band, swing, polka, and classical music. They were a tremendous hit with guests of all ages.
They had a very classy appearance, polished presentation, and beautiful execution of a variety of musical numbers. Guests danced well into the evening. Their live music and presence made the reception a standout from others with DJ's and canned songs people hear everyday. It was a fun way to celebrate the day - they did not disappoint (until they had to pack up to leave)!
Thank you, John!

I am still available to play wedding services.
If you want a band, I am part of a fantastic Horn-Rock Band that plays a variety of music.
